(Amadai) Grilled tilefish scales are expensive, but they are really delicious. Be sure to eat PariPari green pepper and Tsukune together. If you first order sashimi mori, it will be grilled on a straw fire. Try Sabashi too. The fire show with the torch is awesome. The shrimp cream croquette is also delicious. In the summer, fried corn is delicious and delicious. Oyster dishes are absolutely delicious in winter. Strawberries rolled in raw ham are also delicious in winter. Reservations can only be made by phone, but walk-ins are also accepted during opening hours. This time, when I went alone, I ate a lot and ended up paying around 7,000 yen. Usually, if I go with my husband, it costs around 15,000-20,000 yen. Lemon Sawa is made with one whole lemon. From the second time onwards, if you go to Okawari, they will give you a refill without lemon for 350 yen. If you try okawari 2-3 times, it will be bland, so you can order it with lemon juice again. The beer was really smooth. It was Sapporo Black Label or something... I don't remember exactly, but it was a tasty treat.

Whatever you imagine, the taste exceeds your expectation♥️ We sat at the counter seats. The charcoal pit caught my eyes (very rare) and the Amadai Shioyaki was the best I've ever had in my life. Loved their Agedashi Tofu, I lost words when I took a bite. Super mochy!!! They have a lot of savory small dishes to pair with drinks. I really liked fig and cream cheese marinated in miso, and chestnut and redbean cream cheese. I would like to try literally the entire menu they have.

The food and service are very good! ! The only problem is that you can only use cash... The moment I found out that I could only use cash, I hesitated to order... The credit card fee may be 3.6% higher, but if you can drink and eat without worrying about your wallet with a credit card, the final sales will probably increase, so I would like them to introduce it. Once introduced, the frequency will likely increase.

Around 9pm on weekends. The exterior of the restaurant was interesting and I had been curious about it for a long time, so I wandered over and was able to get a seat ready for me in about 15 minutes even though it was full. The restaurant has a kitchen in the middle, with seats surrounding it. I really like the atmosphere as it has a renovated old folk house style structure that has a solid feel to it overall. All the employees were young, and to be honest, I wasn't expecting much customer service, but they were by far the best of the stores I've been to recently. Everyone was bright and attentive, and they worked with gratitude and pride, which gave our uncles and aunts a lot of energy. Recently, we had been playing in the countryside outside of the prefecture, so it's been a long time since we've been in the city. When I went to the restaurant, I saw the staff working so energetically, the food was so pleasant, and the food was delicious.I felt happy that Fukuoka is of a high standard. I think it cost just under 5,000 yen for 2 glasses of sake and some food. I was happy because all the dishes were a little elaborate. ・Sake Thief's Potato Salad ・Sweet potato and blue cheese spring rolls ・Avocado pickled radish ・Charcoal-grilled eggplant ・Grilled chicken wings ・Hagama rice and egg tempura I ordered. Personally, I found the potato salad to be very drinkable. Also, blue cheese goes well with sake! ! Also, potage for appetizers! Was it cauliflower? It was carefully pureed and tasted really good! All flavors are delicious. The customer service was cheerful and the whole store had a bright atmosphere, so I didn't feel like I was in a bad mood. However, from a cost performance perspective, the quantity was not that large, so I felt it would be a little lower. It costs about 7,200 yen for sashimi, grilled fish, ham cutlet, 3 cups of lemon high (1 refill), and beef tataki.
